Netflix has announced it will transform 200 cafes and coffee shops around the country into the best little diner in Stars Hollow this Wednesday, Oct. 5 — the 16th anniversary of the show's first episode.

Netflix released a new coffee-centric poster to promote the show's upcoming reboot, "Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life," which hits Netflix Nov. 25. Now, fans in all 50 states will have the opportunity to make like the show's caffeinated lead characters Lorelai and Rory Gilmore and guzzle java at Luke's. The pop-ups will be open only from 7 a.m. to noon. And, the first 200 visitors to each location will be treated to a free 12-ounce coffee and other fun surprises.
