Eating a slice of leftover pepperoni and mushroom pizza and scrolling down my Twitter feed today, I came across this: “Julianne Hough’s Food Diary: What I Eat In a Day”. I wondered, what does the Dancing With The Stars celebrity eat in a day? Surely not a slice of pizza.
Julianne is very careful with the food she puts in her body. After all, she’s a professional dancer and needs to not only look great but feel strong and have plenty of energy. So as you can imagine, she eats a lot of lean protein, fruit and veggies. She drinks plenty of water too. However, Julianne goes rogue once in a while with dark chocolate. But don’t worry, it’s often limited to 4 chocolate covered almonds at snack time (JUST FOUR???!!!) Oh and there is not one piece of bread, not one potato, not one slice of pizza on the list. Finished with my own slice, I’m thinking it’s time for me to hit the gym!
