It seems more and more recently that artists are being sued for sampling other artists - even though they have claimed to pay to use the track.
The newest offender is none other than Justin Timberlake, who is being sued, according to TMZ, for sampling a song that James Brown produced for his song "Suit and Tie."

As of right now, not much more is known - but we do wonder if JAY Z had anything to do with choosing the sample, as he's had the same issues in the past, being sued for a sample that he said he "paid for."
