Jennifer Lopez is heading to a cop show called Shades Of Blue, which she will co-star with Ray Liotta.
It will debut in January, according to the press release, and then it will air scheduled on Thursdays at 10 P.M. on NBC.
The release shares that Lopez will be named Harlee Santos, and will be a cop in Brookyln, and that the Lieutenant (played by Liota) who "often leads the team to step outside the limitations of the law in order to effectively protect their precinct and their own."
Harlee turns informant when caught up in a big illegal job, and she has to keep herself and her daughter safe.
Jennifer will also be holding down a stint at the AXIS Theater in January, in a show called Jennifer Lopez: All I Have. The shows will be on Wednesday-Sundays, so if she's got any appearances, they'll have to be Monday and Tuesday for the show. The busy bee from the block also will be hosting The American Music Awards on November 22.
