The now sober John Stamos was charged for his DUI for his offense in June.
E! reports that Stamos was charged with "one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of drugs," and if convicted, could serve up to six months in prison.

What does that mean for John? Well, we're not entirely sure as of yet. It all depends on if they decide to hold him in jail, but if they do, where does that leave the shows Grandfathered and Fuller House?
Let's face it, as much as Bob Saget would get a kick out of the story line, nobody wants to visit Uncle Jesse in jail.
