Mostly because Matthew McConaughey left us with so much commentary on his last videos, for him to not speak at all for these Lincoln ads lacks luster in which we were waiting for him to deliver some sort of crazy line in his southern drawl.

Matt's press release statement says (according to Ad Age), "What appeals to me about this new series of ads is that while the overall Lincoln message remains consistent, the way it is delivered continues to evolve. It's exciting to have the freedom to explore and create new narratives."
Bummer, I think I'd rather have him ramble.
