Fashion and film came together last night in France to raise more than $30 million at The 22nd annual Cinema Against AIDS gala. As you would expect, it was a red carpet experience not to be missed.
Really, what else would you expect with event chairs that include Jake Gyllenhaal, Diane Kruger, Natalie Portman, Idabella Rossellini and Harvey Weinstein just to name a few.
Oh and did we mention that attendees were treated to performances by Imagine Dragons, Mary J Blige and Charli XCX. Talk about a party!
And the event was capped with a live auction of a stunning 18½ foot tall sculpture by Jeff Koons, titled Coloring Book, which is a part of Koons’s Celebration Series. It sold for over $13 million, which of course went to benefit amfAR's AIDS research programs and the search for a cure. Sounds like a night to remember.
Since we didn’t make the guest list to big event, we’re going to present we were there by taking a look at some of the sexy, stylish and cool looks from The 22nd annual Cinema Against AIDS gala.
