Did you think you could imagine a day when websites you visit and your social media newsfeeds could be free of random Kardashian stories?
I know, you’re saying to yourself “Is there a way to avoid the inane faux news updates like what color Kylie dyed her hair for a concert or if Kendall and her model friends went to a party in cute outfits or even if Kim went (gasp) shopping at an actual retail store?”
For those who are not fans of The Family K, technology and the team at Chamelon are making your Kardashian free use of the internet a reality.
Say hello to #KardBlock.
You may have heard of ad-blocking technology that can remove or block certain ads from websites. According to their website, #KardBlock operates kinda the same way, “If there's anything (Kardashian) on your newsfeed, the website you're on, whatever... we simply make it disappear.”
They team working on #Kardblock is now granting access to the blocker while it’s in beta stage. You can sign up now on their website.
But wait, there’s more good news. Chamelon is apparently also working on a way to block news on Justin Beiber as well. Just think, you could soon also be saying bye bye to Beibs news.
What a wonderful world it would be.
